Clients remain responsible for lawful usage of contact data provided to or generated through Prospect Labs systems.
6️⃣ Fees, Billing & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are due on the schedule agreed
All payments are final and non-refundable
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
Performance results such as leads, replies, or booked calls are best-effort, not guaranteed.
7️⃣ Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services per the agreed contract conditions.
Upon termination:
All outstanding payments must be settled
Access to systems and assets may be revoked
Previously paid fees remain non-refundable
We may also terminate access immediately if a user violates these Terms.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Outreach performance varies by industry, list quality, and market conditions
We do not guarantee sales outcomes or revenue impact
